Customer Experience Marketing Internship

We are looking for a Customer Experience Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team! You enjoy being helpful, radiating the voice of a company and positively influence community engagement. By working closely with our CS Officer, you will gain valuable experience as our new Customer Experience Marketing Intern. The main projects you’ll be responsible for are expanding the FAQ content and creating community engagement. Welcome the first step in your career by exploring the vacancy below! 

 

What you’ll do:

  • Be the voice of Impala and amaze our users with your friendliness and helpfulness.

  • Offer user support by responding to App Store reviews.

  • Report to our Customer Support Officer, within the Marketing team.

  • Attend Marketing team meetings.

  • Attend monthly fun virtual company activities!

  • Project 1: Expand the FAQ content for our Calculator Tutorials & Icon keys.

  • Project 2: Create community engagement on our FB. 

 

Who you are: 

  • Big-picture and detail-oriented. You know how to fine-tune details yet focus on the big picture.

  • Problem solver. You don’t only detect issues but also provide solutions and aim for results.

  • Communicative. You are able to use both written and spoken language to communicate successfully.

  • Autonomous. You like to work independently. 

 

What we are looking for

  • You have relevant education or experience in the field of communication, psychology or international business.

  • Work part-time for a period of 6 months. 

  • Do onboarding at our office for 2 days and working remotely onwards.

  • Competently communicate in English, both verbal and written.

  • Applied to a university in the Netherlands.
